Our friendly Jimmy's representative will meet you either at the 345 Main Road, Sea Point or at Cape Town International Airport Level 1 Arrivals at the arranged time.
Please Bring The Following When Collecting:
- Your Booking Confirmation (Digital or Printed)
- A Valid Driving License (And International Drivers License If Applicable)
- A Credit Card In Your Name
You will be required to pay for your rental before you collect your Jimny.
All bookings are pre-booked, so everything will be processed beforehand.
Refundable Deposit:
We'll charge your deposit to your credit card before we hand over the keys.
Yes, By law, we require a credit card in the name of the renter before we can hand over your Jimny.
Yes, Jimmy’s can collect or deliver your Jimny within a 30km radius of our office location (345 Main Road, Sea Point) at a flat rate of R599.00 (including VAT).
For every Kilometer over 30km, collection/delivery will cost an additional R4.70 (including VAT) thereafter
Yes, However, we’ll still need a credit card in the name of the renter before we can hand over your Jimny.
Yes, You can get in contact with us on WhatsApp or email us on bookings@jimmyscarhire.com to extend your existing booking, subject to availability
Yes, However, you will not be refunded for the remaining days that you have already paid for.
Should you be running late please get in touch with us via WhatsApp. You’ll have a 30 minute grace period before we charge you for another day (24 hours).

Yes, You cannot drive more than 500 km in any direction from our pick-up location.
The following additional charges can be incurred during your rental:

- Additional Kilometers
- Fuel Admin Fee
- Late Returns
- Optional Extras
- Traffic Fines
- Vehicle Damages
Depending on your booking, you can return your vehicle to 345 Main Road, Sea Point or Cape International Airport - Level One Arrivals (where we picked you up).
You will get your deposit back within one week (subject to any outstanding payments) of your rental ending.
You'll receive your deposit via EFT (Electronic Fund Transfer).
Yes, If you return your Jimny with less than a full tank of petrol, you will be charged a fuel administration fee along with the cost of refueling the vehicle.
If you receive a traffic fine during your rental, we will email you the necessary information for the fine.
You will be charged a fine administration fee and be responsible for paying the fine with the relevant traffic authority.
